Let me tell you about my memorable encounter with Diana.

Last year in June I put my house for sale in Elmhurst, Illinois hoping to sell in 1-3 months since housing market was pretty good. After long 142 days, few showings, and no offer, I wasn't looking forward to another winter in Illinois. Diana was first one to call me the day after the first contract ended to set the appointment. She came well prepared with impressive portfolio, market analysis for the area, and answered my questions in details. Before I knew it, we had another contract signed in November right before the holidays. At first skeptical about the timing, I was nicely surprised by 24 showings through the holidays.
